"If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” -Jesus (Luke 11:13)
According to Jesus, God our Heavenly Father knows how to give good gifts to his children. The greatest of these gifts he has bestowed upon us is the Holy Spirit. It is His Spirit that works in us thankfulness for the salvation we have been freely given in Christ. Since God has given us so many blessings in Christ, we as a church practice the biblical discipline of tithing. Tithing, or giving a specific portion of our income to the Lord, is one of many acts of worship that is characteristic of a believers life of faith. We encourage everyone to attend our worship services and give in the context of Sunday morning worship but we also recognize the changing times we live in. Since many pay their bills online, and may not even own a checkbook any longer, we have provided an opportunity to give, safely and securely online.
